1. From your perspective, what is the outlook for your industry over the next 12 months?
Rosy. The healthcare market is and remains unimpressed by world (market) events. Why? We are all getting older and sick more often…
2. How do you think the working environment and staff have changed since the pandemic?
Working from home, video conferencing and the like have made us more pragmatic and perhaps also more efficient. Nevertheless, we have lost a lot due to the loss of social interaction. We are starting to feel this in various areas – e.g. mental health. It shouldn’t be either or. It’s the mix that counts.
3. What do you consider to be the most important skills in a professional environment?
The foresight to see whether the job will still exist in a few years or whether it will be replaced by technology 😉

5 Where would you be today if you had taken a different career path?
I love gadgets and would certainly have become a world-famous Youtuber, producing unboxing videos day in, day out 😉
